Kasper - Store Manager 2012-2014

Store Manager; managing a high-volume multimillion dollar store, skilled at planning and budgeting, employee training, adherence to company standards, and customer relations. Responsible for day-to-day operations inclusive of but not restricted to; Volume and Profit Margin Analysis, the enacting of growth opportunities with regard to Staffing and Clientele alike. Assisting Corporate with hiring and training procedures for the purpose of enlisting new processes and strategies. Congruently I have planned key store events targeting a broad grid of demographics in efforts to successfully elevate Brand image. Universal Studios- Public Relations, Advertising 2007-2008

Established and maintained corporate/media relations as well as working closely with community representatives and public interest groups in efforts to elevate consumer feedback and participation. I also engaged in promoting and creating a brand appropriate image for contractees and studio talent departments and company by writing and selecting favorable publicity material and releasing it through various media resources and outlets. I prepared and arranged displays, and made speeches as well as arranged public appearances, lectures, contests, and exhibits for clients and the studio to increase product and services awareness. As a Buyer/Public Relations representative I worked in the major retailers Corporate/Fashion Office in procurement and Public Relations as well as advertising, while situated in the Flagship Location. As buyer I interacted with new and innovative designers to promote the progressive enhancement of the Marshall Field’s branding and image. I coordinated and hosted special events for the presentation of established designer lines by season, and introduced new and innovative designs from burgeoning talent. Moreover in my position I was responsible for Proposal writing for the company’s fashion division.

TBN- Show Host/ Announcer 2000

As a Television host I was fortunate to assume a wide variety of responsibilities both behind and in front of the camera. I conducted interviews, introduced show segments and relayed information to the viewing audience. As a TV host and Announcer I also succeeded in writing scripts, booking guests and researching and investigating topical subject matter. To enhance my public profile, I took pleasure in participating with community events and a number of spokesperson based activities.

KTLA- Special Events/ Entertainment Correspondent 1999-2000

During my time as an Entertainment Correspondent and professional journalist, I covered art and entertainment in Los Angeles and surrounding southern California locals, I wrote articles, reported news stories and blogging. My knowledge and gifting reflect an in-depth appreciation for; TV and Cinema, music and talk radio, art, culture, fashion and history, in addition to trends and other elements of pop culture. As a higher level entertainment reporter I often had privileged access to celebrities.

BBC- Correspondent/ News Analyst/ Advertising, Public Relations 1993-1995

During my tenure at the esteemed BBC in the aforementioned positions I gathered information leading to factual reporting. I was a featured correspondent and topical expert. BBC featured local, national, and international news wherein I executed interviews, and investigated newsworthy events. On location where news happened I was first to report with in-depth detailed insight and accuracy for events such as political, human interests, and natural occurrences.

Michael Brian Interior Design-Textiles, Accounts Payable/Receivable 2005-2006

As a textile designers/buyer, I worked with screen printers and fashion merchandisers as well as helped the company owner develop new designs of printed or knitted, textiles fabrics and furnishings and art. Additional duties involved Creative Director, meeting with design clients, submitting written proposals and working with design and creative professionals as project lead. Experienced worked with interior designers, architects and furniture manufacturers. Subsequent duties included Accounts Payable/Receivable, proposal writing in addition to preparing client quotes. Enjoyed prepared presentation articles and narratives for design publications.

As a Human Resources Associate, my key roles were screening and training of executives and politicians for public speaking. Utilizing advanced corporate oratory training methods.

During my tenure as a practicing Psychologist I studied human behavior, mental processes, and analyzed while congruently interpreting and recorded my observations to allow me to better understand the patient.
