Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance (CASA) is in search of qualified, passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of highly trained specialists to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training in the home of a child on the autism spectrum. Experience providing ABA instruction is desired but not required.
We are offering part-time opportunities with clients, ages 3-14, in the surrounding Ashburn area. Based in McLean, CASA is the newest division of the Continuum Group of health care companies that provides post-acute pediatric healthcare services for over 20 years. The successful candidate will provide the following services to a child in the home:
o Provide ABA instruction part time in the client's home or school using individualized curriculum created by one of our Consultants.
o Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
o Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications and Requirements for selected candidates include:
o Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
o Bachelors Degree or current enrollment in a four year Bachelors program.
o Reliable transportation, and a track record of reliability
o Creativity, multitasking, high-energy, flexibility and patience!
Benefits for the selected candidates:
o Weekly pay, very competitive rates $20-25 per hour
o No 1099s - you are an employee, we handle tax withholding
o Flexible schedules, 4 - 20 hours per week
o Direct supervision hours

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
