We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with primary experience in Private Land Development to join our Ashburn, VA office to run and grow our current operation in this region.

Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
oA bachelors or masters degree in engineering with equivalent work experience and professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia, and/or one or more states in which Timmons Group conducts business.
o10- 15
years' experience in engineering related to land development market.
oA demonstrated ability to manage the schedule and budget for multiple projects at the same time.
oProven experience in client management and relationships and contract acquisition in the Northern Virginia region.
oExperience in supervision of the technical work of others.
oWorking knowledge of technical and office support software required to perform the essential functions of the position.
oMust possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
oMust be eligible to work in the United States.
