Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient front desk environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance - Plan and coordinate events held at the front desk area - Maintain organized filing systems for administrative tasks - Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and visitors - Assist with human resources tasks such as payroll and employee relations - Manage the front desk budget effectively - Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times - Oversee vendor relationships and manage supplies inventory Skills:
- Team management experience - Proficiency in training development - Event planning skills - Strong organizational skills for effective file management - Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities - Knowledge of human resources practices - Experience in clerical duties such as record keeping and data entry - Budgeting proficiency for managing front desk expenses - Schedule management capabilities to ensure smooth operations - Vendor management skills to maintain supplier relationships This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
