UST is searching for a Java Lead Developer who will act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions, account for others' developmental activities.The Opportunity:
o Hybrid-In office/remote o Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. o Code, debug, test, document and communicate product/component/feature development stages. o Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution. o Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions. o Optimizes efficiency, cost, and quality. o Influence and improve customer satisfaction.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
