Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress and deadlines - Type and prepare documents, reports, and presentations - Maintain accurate records and files - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Assist with medical office tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Utilize computer skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other documents - Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, patients, and colleagues
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
