General maintenance experience in an office environment is required, which includes the following categories:
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, furniture assembly and general building maintenance.
Must have certificate for OSHA 10-hour online training course.
Must have a valid driver's license (DMV local) and a good driving record.
This position also provides courier service for the company executives and escorts building contractors as directed.
May need to respond to after hours building emergencies.
Provide maintenance, security, and porter services during weekend overtime periods.
Provide assistance during testing and inspection of Life Safety Systems.
