Elements Massage in Ashburn is seeking an outgoing, competitive, sales-driven individual to join our fun and outgoing team! Pay is sales driven with monthly sales bonuses.
Only apply if you are driven by striking up conversation, converting clients to our membership program, being assertive and selling wellness The most important responsibility of our Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) is selling massage services and memberships to our Wellness Program.
The WMA will also focus on booking appointments/scheduling, maintaining our clean, inviting studio, and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience.
If you don't love people, aren't comfortable with sales or motivated to reach goals, then this is not the position for you.
We need habitual to-do list killers who want to be part of a high performance team.
Flexibility with scheduling is a plus.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Ideally, we are looking for career minded individuals.
