Projects range from multi-family and mixed-use developments, market rate apartment communities, large scale industrial and distribution projects, residential neighborhood design to public land development projects like schools, jails, fire stations and parks.
We assist our clients with zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, and construction administration support.
Our project engineers will typically work in a team of 2-3 design engineers and a project manager to bring our client's vision to life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesof a successful candidate include but are not limited Design portions of a project using relevant office software, modeling and Civil 3D technology Complete calculations using engineering formulas and skills and/or utilizes computers in order to solve problems Prepare specifications materials through the use of research and manufacturing catalogs to specify materials, installation, inspection and payment of items specific to a project Work to complete design details and plan sets Perform research and writes objective summary reports which are used in the completion of the project work or inspection Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates Complete field observation, inspection and data collection duties as directed by senior engineering staff Communicate with client staff and internal design team as directed by senior engineering staff Skills/Requirementsof a successful candidate include but are not limited A bachelors or masters degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related degree Ideal candidates would have two to ten years of experience in land development civil engineering including residential neighborhood design as well as commercial, mixed use and public landdevelopment EIT preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3Dis a must Recommended Skills Calculations Construction Construction Management Data Collection Land Development Land Use Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
