Job Description Generator Supercenter of Virginia is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to help support the growing generator service and maintenance needs of our NOVA and Richmond area clients from our Ashburn showroom.
You will be responsible for responding to all phone and email inquiries requesting generator service and maintenance, provide pricing, set appointments, coordinate the schedule for our service and maintenance technicians, and monitor the status of our GenMonitor clients.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to our sales and operations teams as needed.
Generator experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train you.
Your ability to be dependable, work independently, build comfortable relationships with our clients and your desire to achieve within a team environment, will be the keys to your success.
Your time management skills and attention to detail will also be important.
This is a fulltime hourly position.
