Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Support Agent that would be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with our prospective customers, always taking a friendly, professional, and ethical approach.
The Sales Support Agent will follow a script to determine the potential customer's need for our products and services, while building excitement and urgency to partner with Robust Roof.
Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while setting appointments for our sales team.
Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to promote smooth workflow.
Overcome customer objections to maximize the quality and quantity of sales appointments.
Manage appointments for the sales team including rescheduling, and cancellations.
Adhere to a proven script to set customer sales appointments.
Make decisions on lead eligibility by qualifying lead requirements.
Keep records of all conversations and enter data into our system with the highest level of accuracy.
Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Qualifications and Skills Technical expert in related computer applications and data entry skills Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
Excellent time management and good multi-tasking skills.
Telephone skills Friendly and pleasant manner Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Work Hours & Benefits Availability between 8:
00 AM to 8:
00 PM and on weekends Performance-based income that includes a consistent base pay.
Hired as a contractor to reduce income tax liability for sales representative to maximize earnings through expense management.
