3 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive who will be responsible for selling STOPSO integrated solutions to the federal Government.
The successful candidate will identify, qualify, develop, and win new business within the targeted agencies leveraging our GSA VETS 2 GWAC as well as other GSA vehicles.
In this role, you will maintain client relationships with key target accounts that have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Accountable to senior management to lead the development and execution of the strategic account plans for federal Government and specifically task orders that will be released on GSA VETS 2 Continuously develops relationships with priority customer stakeholders, understands their key business issues, and recommends ways to deliver value Maintains and manages a pipeline of qualified opportunities, including recompetes, new task orders, and strategic opportunities Leads and oversees solution development efforts that best address customer needs Communicates customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to STOPSO leadership Prospect to identify new opportunities and lead efforts to develop account revenues and relationships Identify opportunities for new and/or incremental business Build successful and profitable teaming relationships with key partners and suppliers Assist in proposal responses that target STOPSO's services, while assembling teaming partners, securing protected pricing, developing win themes, etc.
Account Management and Business Development:
Leverage existing customer relationships to drive business to GSA contract vehicles through shaping efforts Create a sales plan and projections, including customer/account management and key areas of opportunity for new business Build a network of key contacts and relationships within accounts to secure customer loyalty and gain early insights into potential business opportunities Use every customer interaction as a potential opportunity to develop more business within the account through incisive and effective questioning (set and manage expectations) Coordinate development efforts with other business development decision makers to maximize growth potential Query and monitor lead databases and prequalify potential business opportunities Manage opportunities through an internal sales process (gating process) Maintain real-time activity logs in CRM used by STOPSO Work cooperatively across departments with Contracts, Finance, Operations and Marketing Personal & Professional Development:
Keep up to date with technical and solutions information within the industry to provide the best solutions for customers Seek feedback from a variety of sources to improve performance and develop capability Continuously evolve personal and professional capability in line with business needs Specific Skills include, but are not limited to:
Significant experience selling on GWAC vehicles Sales experience with IT solutions or other technical offerings Written & verbal communication skills Negotiating skills Ability to use Microsoft Office and contact management tools Ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFP/RFQ and translate these needs into proper win themes, winning teaming structures, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field required 8 years of proven experience as a strategic account manager with a strong domain knowledge of federal and civilian requirements 5 years of experience as a key account manager/management of large account portfolios 5 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects 5 years of success maintaining and developing key relationships Ability to understand where potential exists in assigned accounts; recognize and create opportunities Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships Strong negotiation and problem solving skills Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure Ability to travel 0-25%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
