Troubleshoot and repair issues found during the start-up and Cx process.
Comfortable working on active construction sites with other trades and around moving equipment.
Complete daily paperwork and account for all time spent on site and on task.
Able and willing to work overtime as needed.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Advanced knowledge of electrical & mechanical components and their functions:

Relays, transformers, pumps, solenoids, actuators, fuses, contactors, dampers, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs), I/Os, and VFDs.
Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Able to use hand tools and electrical test equipment.
Sound understanding of AC/DC electrical circuits and components (24vac to 480vac) Advanced knowledge and understanding of electrical safety.
Able to use Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Preferred but not required - Knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems and components.
GENERAL WORK SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Good written and oral communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.
Able and willing train others as needed.
Must be able to work individually and as a team.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Associates degree or certification in a technical field, Journeyman license, and 5 years of related work experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
Preferred but not required - EPA 608 Certification.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license.
Strict adherence to safety policies and standards.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Company uniform is required.
