Job Description:
As a Senior Associate, Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the hardware/software requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, management, verification, and validation of technical products and systems.
The Systems Integration Engineer is also responsible for helping execute component trade studies, system integration and system performance characterization.
The Advanced Systems & Technologies (AS) division is a part of L3Harris' Agile Development Group and specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for assisting with requirements definition, flow-down and traceability for complex electronic systems embracing agile product systems and software development and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) processes to enhance development speed and quality; execution of rapid learning cycles in requirements development, design, build, integration & test and verification & validation in a design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability environment Track and present technical performance metrics Help perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for complex projects Participate in system integration and engineering test efforts Suggesting improvements to existing Systems Engineering processes Assisting with trade studies on a variety of systems and components Assisting with design verification testing efforts including lab, chamber, ground and flight test Analyze data from design verification test efforts Develop and run simulations and other analysis tools to predict system performance in various environments Present results during internal program meetings Ability to obtain and maintain additional clearances as required Ability to lift 10 pounds Up to 10% travel may be required Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
US citizen Active DoD clearance with current 6-year update Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related engineering field with some systems engineering experience System level design experience in which the applicant has been involved in the design and integration of complex hardware/software systems, the definition of multiple interfaces and been involved in the trades of multiple solution options Hands on experience being involved in system integration, engineering testing, and system performance characterization Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Preferred Additional Skills:
Master's degree in engineering Experience with and an understanding of aerospace systems, especially in the development of integrated hardware/software products Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering Experience with Matlab, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C# Experience in unmanned aircraft or guided weapon systems Experience in radar systems, other sensor modalities, or RF systems Experience with requirements management using DOORS Experience in development of use cases developed from customer objectives and concepts of operations Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation) Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
