Janitza LP is currently seeking an Application Engineer to serve their North American clients.
The Application Engineer will play a key role in supporting key program customers as a primary tier 1 and 2 technical contact.
He/she will be responsible for all post-sales technical engagement while serving as a conduit to the advanced support and product development teams at the factory.
This position offers the opportunity to help establish and grow the subsidiary organization further and offers for professional growth.
The Application Engineer will report directly to the Support Manager.
A' ResponsibilitiesSubject matter expert for company's hardware and software solutionsA' Provide excellent support of customer technical questions and issues.
Track issues from beginning to end, through all processes and systems, to ensure resolution and satisfactionEstablish and nurture relationships with customer design and field deployment teams.
Be a trusted technical adviserSoftware installation and start-up services, troubleshooting equipment and device communications, and providing customer training for the commissioned systemRespond to onsite service requests from Janitza customersRespond to customer support inquiries via phone and emailRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or 2-4 years applicable work experienceUnderstanding of the data center market in the US, including technical operations and design standardsSolid working knowledge and experience with the following:
Communication protocols (Modbus, Gateway, Profibus, SNMP, BACnet), Database systems (mySQL, MSSQL), Network technologies (Fieldbus, Ethernet), SCADA, Building Management, EPMS, and DCIM systems, Electricity transmission (Grid code, power quality, residual current monitoring (RCM)), Support ticketing and CRM systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with the customer base while working towards a technical solutionKnowledgeable in computer networking architectures, topologies, and hardwareHighly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate under minimal supervision and ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting tight deadlinesIntermediate PC, software, and networking skills and understandingPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of and experience with National Electrical Code, IEC, IEEE, NFPA standardsMultiple language fluency would be beneficial but not requiredGovernment security clearance a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
