IT Support Specialist (MSP)We are currently seeking a IT Support Specialist (MSP) to join our growing team!The IT Support Specialist (MSP) will be joining a national Cloud, Network Management, IaaS, company with internal growth opportunities.

In addition, we value collaboration, team building, and having fun through frequent company events!The IT Support Specialist (MSP) will be responsible for remote support with occasional onsite assistance, supporting/ monitoring windows servers, installing and configuring desktops, software upgrades, o365 administration, network troubleshooting, and azure support.
The IT Support Specialist should be customer-oriented and be a team-player.
Provide technical support at the network level:
WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security Complete remote access solution implementation and support:
VPN and Terminal Services Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications/operating systems 1
years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED 1
years experience with ConnectWise OR Autotask 2-5 years working with active directory, O365 administration and Windows OS Salary $55,000- $65,000 401k
